District of Columbia Public Schools serve Shipley Terrace

Students attend the District of Columbia Public Schools, including Malcolm X Elementary, which earns a C grade from Niche. Older kids may go to John Hayden Johnson Middle (C-minus) and Ballou High School (C-minus).
