Brad Case, PhD, CFA, CAIA, has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, including positions as an economist with the Federal Reserve Board, Nareit, Fannie Mae and Middleburg Communities. He has made dozens of presentations to professional audiences and has been interviewed on television, radio, live-streaming and podcast programs. Dr. Case earned his BA at Williams College, his MPP at the University of California, Berkeley, and his PhD in economics at Yale University.
