Century Communities is adding a new affordable home option near the Arizona-Nevada border.

The Colorado-based builder has opened sales at North Fork at Laughlin Ranch, which features 82 "ranch-style" homes in a gated community in Bullhead City, Arizona.

Prices for the homes — under the builder's Century "Complete" brand — start in the low $300,000s.

The opening of sales comes just months after Century Communities acquired the 82 finished lots across 16.26 acres from Legacy Homes. Century Communities paid $1.76 million for the land in July, according to Homes.com's commercial real estate data affiliate, CoStar.

Century Communities touts neighborhood affordability

North Fork at Laughlin Ranch features one-story homes across four floor plans up to 1,830 square feet and four bedrooms, with open-concept layouts.

North Fork at Laughlin Ranch is just to the north of the Desert Foothills Estates neighborhood in Bullhead City. The bulk of the homes in this neighborhood range in value between $340,000 and $525,000, according to Homes.com data.

In a statement, Paul Zetah, mountain regional president for Century Complete, touted the community's affordability and location as reasons why buyers would be interested in locating at North Fork at Laughlin Ranch.

The builder could not be reached for further comment.

The community is located near the Laughlin Ranch Golf Club and the Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport.

The builder remains active in Arizona

North Fork at Laughlin Ranch is Century Communities' third development in Bullhead City. This joins the actively selling Montano Ridge and Sunbeam, which are "coming soon," according to the builder's website.

Elsewhere in Arizona, Century Communities opened the first model home this summer at the Teravalis master-planned community in Buckeye.

Century Communities is one of several builders committed to Floreo — the first 3,000-acre village in the 37,000-acre community by Howard Hughes Corp. The first residents are expected to move in by the end of the year.

Century Communities ranked as the nation's ninth-largest homebuilder based on 11,007 total closings in 2024, according to Builder Magazine.
