Coldwell Banker Warburg, a brokerage that sells luxury homes in New York, has hired seven real estate agents who company officials said come from two "high-performing teams" at a rival firm.
The Asset Advisory Team — comprising Allie Dornier, John Henning, Nick Montalbano and Ashley Reidy Quinn — is a quartet of agents who worked for Elegran Real Estate and generated more than $250 million in property sales, Coldwell Banker Warburg said recently. Montalbano, a former fitness company founder, and Quinn, a Connecticut native, co-founded Asset Advisory.
"The Asset Advisory Team leads with integrity, collaboration and a strong track record of client success," Kevelyn Guzman, Coldwell Banker Warburg's regional vice president, said in a statement. "I’m excited about the road ahead and proud to support their continued growth."
The Waterview Advisory — made up of Nikita Idiri, Jules Garcia, and William Yau — is another former Elegran team with $250 million in sales. Garcia, who has 20 years of experience in financial services, founded Waterview.
"The Waterview Advisory Team is a powerhouse — they’re analytical, growth-focused and bring a modern investment approach to every deal," Guzman said.
Dornier is a former property manager and granddaughter of a real estate broker, while Henning is a social media strategy and digital marketing expert, Coldwell Banker Warburg said. Idiri was born in Paris, raised on Long Island and speaks French and Russian, while Yau is a New Jersey native and Rutgers University graduate who speaks Mandarin.
Coldwell Banker Warburg is a brokerage created in January 2022 when Coldwell Banker bought Warburg Realty. Before that move, Warburg was one of Manhattan's oldest residential real estate firms, having first opened its doors in 1896. Coldwell Banker's parent company is Anywhere Real Estate, which also owns Century 21, The Corcoran Group and Sotheby's International.
Quinn said in a statement that she and Montalbano are honored to join "a respected firm."
"We’re confident this move represents the best path forward — not only for our clients, but also for the continued growth and success of our team," she said.
Garcia said his team joining Coldwell Banker Warburg "gives us the ability to maintain a specialized boutique approach while accessing a behemoth of a global network of real estate resources."
"The more research we did as a team, the more we knew that Coldwell Banker Warburg would be the right partner going forward, due to its goal of elevating both the residential and commercial real estate markets," he said in a statement.
Including the agents from Asset and Waterview, Coldwell Banker Warburg has hired at least 10 agents from Elegran so far this summer. Coldwell Banker Warburg hired Gina Conzo, Jarrod Duncan and John Cella in June.
