Three of seven custom townhouses adjacent to the Bowie House resort in Fort Worth, Texas, have sold before they were formally listed, underscoring strong demand even as the broader housing sector struggles, project officials say.
The remaining units at The Seven Residences at Bowie House in the city's Cultural District have three or four bedrooms and range from 2,700 to 3,100 square feet. Prices start at $5.4 million and $6.3 million for larger units.
All the units have access to amenities at the Auberge Resorts property, although they aren't branded as part of Auberge, according to Concho Minick, executive director of sales with Douglas Elliman, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the townhouses.
"People with money are executing on it," Minick told Homes.com. "At this price strata, the market is less sensitive to interest rates."

While the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area is one of the fastest-growing markets in the country, prices are down as more owners and builders list properties for sale.
Dallas-Fort Worth listings rose 24.9% in July from a year earlier, the 15th-largest increase among the nation's 40 largest markets, according to Homes.com data. Dallas-Fort Worth's median price dipped 0.4% in July from July 2024, and tied for the ninth-worst showing.
In many areas of the nation, the housing market is shifting, "with homes staying on the market longer and potential homebuyers having more choices and stronger negotiating power," said Erika Ludvigsen, national director of residential analytics at Homes.com, in a previous interview.
The remaining units at The Seven Residences are expected to be completed in October or shortly after, Minick said.
The project, developed by Jo Ellard, is adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center and Dickies Arena and close to other local landmarks.
"It's dripping with museums and bustling with activity," Minick said. "It's incredibly walkable. These are high-net-worth people who want to entertain and lodge people in this historic and culturally significant area."
