Longtime Toll Brothers executive Frederick Cooper has a new role.

After more than three decades as senior vice president of finance, investor relations and international development for the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based homebuilder, Cooper said recently in a LinkedIn post he is now senior vice president of strategic partnerships.

Cooper said he will continue to focus on developing new and existing relationships with domestic and international equity and debt providers, while also helping Toll Brothers grow for-sale housing, rental apartments, student housing and other business lines.

"I will also be seeking lenders, owners and investors interested to collaborate with Toll Brothers on opportunities to repurpose and reposition underutilized and distressed properties and loan portfolios they may control," he wrote in the post.

The 57-year-old company builds in 60 markets in 24 states and also owns architectural, mortgage, title and other subsidiaries. It's the ninth-largest U.S. homebuilder based on 9,597 sales last year, according to Builder magazine.
