Serhant, the New York-based luxury brokerage featured in Netflix's "Owning Manhattan," is expanding cross-country for the second time this year.
The firm said Wednesday that it's entering the Las Vegas market with a team of approximately 30 agents. It's the latest move in what's shaping up to be a nationwide growth campaign for the brokerage that was founded in 2020 by Ryan Serhant. The brand first expanded outside of New York in 2023. This year, they've added teams in Phoenix, Rhode Island and the Washington, D.C. area.
Bill Oskilanec will lead the new team. The Las Vegas native comes to Serhant from Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty, where he served as the director of operations for four years.
Oskilanec previously worked as an agent at the former Prudential Americana Group before moving to boutique luxury firm Char Luxury Real Estate, where he specialized in luxury residential and high-rise properties. When Char merged with Sotheby's in 2021, Oskilanec took on his director role.
The expansion to the Las Vegas market comes as the city's luxury sector grows, Serhant said in a statement. As of Wednesday, of the 9,221 properties listed publicly on Homes.com in Las Vegas, more than 13% were listed for $1 million or more.
"Our focus is on empowering elite agents, delivering exceptional service and amplifying our listings to our global platform," Serhant added.
