Nestled within a safe and friendly community, this cozy apartment is on the second floor of a lovely old colonial farm house. Located aprox. 10 miles from the Taconic State Parkway. In addition to that, we are only 18 miles from Carmel, 20 miles from Brewster and 10 miles from Poughkeepsie. Convenient to Indian Point, Castle Point, West Point. Five miles from the old East Fishkill IBM site, I Park, GlobalFoundries, and many area Hospitals. Metro North train to Grand Central Station in Manhattan and all points in between as well north to Poughkeepsie is available from Beacon station aproximately 7 miles away and New Hamburg station aproximately 6 miles away.

Requirements include: application form, $500.00 security and lease. The lease is more about understanding the rules of the house than committing you to a certain time constraint. You MUST, however, stay a minimum of 8 weeks. We are not a hotel and do not want to qualify as such so hense the 8 week minimum stay.

ABSOLUTELY no pets, no inside smoking OF ANY KIND ( you can smoke a cigarette or vape on the front porch), no excessive drinking & absolutely no illegal drugs will be tolerated. Use of legalized marijuana products on the property will NOT be allowed either.
