There are 2 dedicated offices with desks (one standing) for those that work remote.
Attached to the house is a one-car garage with ample storage for outdoor gear and 2 parking spaces to the front.
The low-maintenance backyard features raised garden beds, and the home is equipped with A/C and a furnace for year-round comfort.

LEASE TERMS
This property is available for medium-term rental (6 months - 1 year ) from September 1st 2025. You can rent and pay for your own utilities ($2,950), or have all utlities included ($3,400) (gas, water, electricity, garbage, and internet). Everything you need to get settled into Fort Collins lifestyle without hassle.
Tenant Responsibilities:
- Lawn maintenance (front and back) during summer months
- General garden upkeep
- Snow removal from the driveway and walkways during winter months
If you are unable or prefer not to handle these tasks, a service can be arranged for an additional fee.
A $2,000 security deposit is required, refundable at the end of the tenancy if the property is returned in its original condition. A non-refundable $200 cleaning fee also applies.
