The tiles throughout this home are a combination of handmade tiles from Pratt Larson and Walker Zanger and the deco pieces in the hall bath are 1920 vintage lead. The large formal dining room is serviced by a butler's panrty and is open to the nicely sized living room. The family room is open to the kitchen, and leads out to the redwood deck in the yard. Front and rear yards are either sprinklered or have a drip system for water efficiency. There are raised garden beds, a firepit and a whimsical meditation corner in the yard.
