If you've never used a composting toilet, ours is vented 24/7 and does not smell at all. This tiny house is powered by the solar PV (aka solar power) and was sustainably built. This tiny house is nestled in on our wooded property with plenty of privacy. You'll have your own entrance and can come and go as you please. Please note, the stairs up to the house and the stairs to the lofted bed are steep. If you have trouble climbing stairs, this tiny house is not for you. Our tiny house retreat is within walking distance to the South Hill Recreation Way and the Eldridge Wilderness Trail. Or, a short drive to the Ithaca Commons, downtown Ithaca, Cayuga Lake, Cornell University, Ithaca College, the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, and parks and gorges including Buttermilk Falls, Watkins Glen, Treman State Park, and Taughannock Falls.Interaction with Guests The Neighborhood Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and just a short 5 minute drive to downtown Ithaca, restaurants, shopping, groceries, and entertainment.
