This little house is near the alley and has off-street parking next to the alley. It has a gas range and gas furnace. The bathroom has a slanted ceiling, a tub w/shower. Vinyl windows/screens throughout. This unit has an open front porch, and an enclosed back porch with some storage. Shared laundry on site in a separate building. Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent. Elder dogs not used to being kenneled need not be kenneled or fixed. $35 processing fee per applicant. Our student residents have a parent/guardian guarantee of rent. All of our residents have excellent credit, background check, prior rental reference and verification of income of at least 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent.
