This is a self-check-in property, and you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, but only registered guests are allowed, and no outsiders or visitors are permitted. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors, and a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking, as this is a smoke-free community. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves.
