Jason made a real effort to understand our needs and help us find houses that met them. He’s patient and thoughtful and stuck around after we bought our house to make sure our construction projects went just right. When we ran into issues, he helped troubleshoot them with the contractor and made sure our house turned into what we envisioned. He also helped my parents find a house and the right contractor for their needs — we’re not letting him out of the family!

Jason Blaylock and his team did a fantastic job of staging our family home, creating a story line for the listing that carried over into the interiors. On a human level, Jason's demeanor and his professionalism took the stress off of prepping a family home of 50 years for sale.

We first met Jason about six years ago when we were contemplating moving to LA from New York. We knew nothing about the local market, and were not sure what type of house we wanted, or where we wanted to be located. Over the ensuing two and a half years, Jason demonstrated great empathy and understanding as he patiently squired us around much of the Valley from Studio City to Tarzana showing us literally scores of houses. Despite how long it took us to find what we wanted, Jason never attempted to push us into something we felt did not meet our needs. In addition, because Jason has purchased, renovated and then re-sold numerous properties over the years, we found him to be extraordinarily knowledgeable about the potential costs involved as we contemplated potential improvements to homes we were considering. Coming from the East Coast, we naturally had no knowledge about contractors who could do various projects for us. Jason was incredibly helpful in this regard, as well. The contractors all did first-rate work, were reliable and honest. We do not think we could have successfully accomplished our relocation without Jason . We could not recommend him more highly.

So we can't use 10 stars? Jason certainly is a 10 in my book! Let me illustrate and try to boil the many reasons for this to a simple "Top Ten" reasons Jason is the best real estate professional!
#10: HE LISTENS. He hears what your real estate goals are, processes those goals, and works with you to turn goals into action.
#9: HE IS PERSISTENT. He will find a way to get a deal done even through the toughest of challenges. He has navigated some tough marital disagreements, seller / buyer dynamics, financing obstacles, legal and title issues, etc. Jason is undaunted.
#8: HE IS CREATIVE. Jason comes up with interesting ideas on how to structure a deal, or what a property could be.
#7: HE IS CONNECTED. The man has worked with many different people in the construction, finance, moving, landscaping, maintenance, legal, accounting, appliance, staging, and furnishing trades. Whatever need you have to facilitate your real estate strategies, Jason probably knows someone to help with some of the tactics you'll need to accomplish your goals.
#6: HE KNOWS CONSTRUCTION. The man has remodeled over 10 homes. "Remodel" is a loose term as many of his projects could best be characterized as "tear down and start over." Jason is familiar with the permitting process and construction trade and can provide valuable insight as to what a home IS and what it COULD be. Jason can spot good things and bad things and thinks through how a house will be USED and LIVED IN so he can point those things out to you for your consideration on practicality and utility.
#5: HE STAYS CURRENT. Jason attends many home, remodeling, kitchen and bath trade shows to stay current on what is available for materials, technology, appliances, and trends.
#4: HE IS CANDID. Sometimes you might now want to hear what he has to say, but it is good he tells you these things because no one else will. Jason simply wants to make sure you are making informed decisions - even if it means those decisions involve not moving forward or simply taking more time to be certain of a decision. Jason puts your best interests before his own. Always.
#3: HE GETS FINANCE. His major in college was accounting and he is quick with the numbers to help you figure out what might be possible to pull off financially and he is connected to professionals who can make the financing part of the equation a reality.
#2: HE HAS VISION. Think of him as superman with x-ray vision. Whether it is a simple cosmetic adjustment and update or seeing through walls to visualize what a floor plan COULD be Jason can quickly see potential -- and better yet -- help YOU see that same vision.
#1: HE IS YOUR CHAMPION. A completed transaction does not mean you are done with Jason's support. You have a friend and advocate for life and Jason will be there to assist you on your future real estate needs, concerns, or next chapters that occur near term or longer term post a transaction.

The biggest issue with Jason is that human cloning isn't legal so not everyone can get on his calendar but if he takes you on as his client, you're in a very select group that receives his relentless attention, loyalty, creativity, advocacy and intelligence.

From the moment my wife and I fortuitously met him at an open house, Jason has been our own personal expert of all things real estate. Talk about results...I could simply share that thanks to Jason the house we were selling AND the house we ended up buying never even hit the open market - but that wouldn't paint the full picture of the amazing services and invaluable 24/7 support he provided. We bought our dream home and sold our last home all within a 3 week span in 2018, but it took over a year and a half of hard work to prepare for crunch time and boy did Jason deliver. Every last detail of the often overwhelming process was professionally addressed, so much so that almost everyone we collaborated with along the way pointed out that Jason was both a pleasure to work with and an invaluable resource to depend upon. He patiently listens, judiciously reacts and eagerly offers up expert advice (with a smile) that literally saved us many thousands of dollars and countless hours. We wholeheartedly offer our highest recommendation and continue to lean on Jason for important home related matters that arise even today! I could go on and on but you get the picture!
