Absolutely amazing!! I had contacted Kandi regarding a concern I had about one of her listings. She contacted while on vacation to discuss and I wasn’t even a client at that time! She worked with me on the concern and a month later I was wishing to sell as well and went straight to her. If you are looking for an agent that cares, actually puts you first, is attentive, returns calls/texts (even on vacation) and who showed up to closing then Kandi is the one!! If you don’t like all that while selling your house, I’d still pick her!! She gets the job done!!

I switched to RE/MAX because my house wasn't selling. Kandi did a wonderful job selling my home. She and her team go above and beyond to make everything work out. I believe she had seven open houses and even arranged to have my grass cut for me because I moved far away. She was always available and answered my calls. Mr. Clarence Harwell was our realtor in 2018 and 2019. He was fantastic! Listened to our wants, lead us on the best path, and got us our perfect deal! Our situation came up very quickly, and I'm not one to settle. He kept in contact, asked and answered many questions, and got us a deal closed within 5 days of our deadline. I cannot possibly speak highly enough of Kandi. She sold our old house, and got us into our new house within a couple of months. During that transition we were staying in a hotel with a 3 year old. We literally had nowhere else to go. Kandi was not going to let that happen. She went out of her way to find us a nice house that we could rent until we closed on our new house. That is unheard of.
