Hi, I'm Karen DeMauricio and I've been in the business for 13 years. I have experience ranging from short sales to assisting clients through obtaining an energy-efficient audit with solar panels added. This Green Designation will increase your property value. I have experience with Probate Sales for residential and income properties and helping loved ones with tips and the process with my own personal experience. I have extensive knowledge of Los Angeles City programs and other First-Time homebuyer programs. I am a certified program manager, with some experience in flipping homes. My National Association of Realtors designations includes Negotiation Expert (RENE), Buyer Specialist, and Certified Transaction Coordinator. Before real estate, I enjoyed the natural health field teaching people how to take care of themself by eating for balance type, aromatherapy, and emotions. My hobbies include sports, sewing, cooking, and cooking classes, traveling, networking mixers volunteering with NHS, homeless shelters, cancer prevention just to name a few. I have been a member of Toastmasters and Lions Club (Vice President).

For those of you who've been around West Torrance for a while, you are probably familiar with Lynda McDonough, a long-time realtor in the West area. We honored Lynda as an outstanding community partner at our Achievement Awards ceremony a few years ago. She donated thousands of dollars to West High over the years by giving us a donation for each home she sold.
Lynda has retired and realtors Karen DeMauricio and Maria Barragan from Realty ONE Group United are taking on Lynda's legacy of supporting West High. I recently met with them and they are excited to begin contributing to our campus branding and beautification efforts.
