I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Abdul. I was first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Abdul, but i knew instantly that he was the one for me. From day 1, Abdul was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Abdul was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of me.

I never felt forced to make an offer and when i finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Abdul walked me through every step of the negotiations. Thank Abdul for that every day! If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! I have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and i alway recommend Abdul to them!

Abdul helped us purchase our first house. As first time home buyers we were extremely confused and unaware of the long process ahead of us. We couldn’t have picked a better realtor to make the task as easy and smooth as he did. Aside from viewing a decent number of houses together in search of the perfect one, Abdul was also very patient and took time out of his schedule to meet with us on several occasions to ease our concerns and answer any questions we had.
