Adam is a husband, father, resident, investor and local expert residing in the City of Saint Paul.? Since 2005, Adam has been helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as surrounding metropolitan areas.

As part of RE/MAX Advantage Plus and The Minnesota Real Estate Team for almost 20 years, Adam formed a small group of his own – the Agent Benedict Group – over a decade ago. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, Adam was involved in a number of other trades & real estate-related industries. He once owned/operated a successful landscaping company, worked in general construction (including framing, finish carpentry & cabinetry) and continues to consult/create custom designs for homes and interiors. Adam’s extensive background and resulting insight into many aspects of real estate provide a huge advantage to his clients as they look to buy or sell their next home! When not engaged in Real Estate, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, playing a number of different sports and has a huge passion for designing, inventing and building a variety of products.
