Real estate career began in 2002 with my license had built homes and owned and managed business since 1975. I grew up on Panama City Beach in a family owned motel business. Worked for Southern Company for 25 years in engineering, marketing and management. Owned and operated first full service health club on Panama City Beach. Rotary club past president, board member, chamber board of directors, Bay County Association presidential award 2013, Roy Crecelius Humanitarian Award 2014., Rescue Mission Board member since 2008.....I am Connected.....Invested.....Involved.

A friend had inherited the nicest home in the neighborhood but lived hours from Panama City, FL. She requested I help her find the right Realtor to list the home. Having matched 100's of clients / Realtors since 2003, I tend to sense quickly if someone is up to the task. What I knew about Alan from the get-go was he communicated easily and knew the area well. The home wasn't a quick sell but he hung in there showing grit, tenacity, and patience.
