Aldo Iemma

Aldo received his BA in French, Italian, and Spanish from Brooklyn College, an MA in Hispanic Culture and Civilization from New York University, an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language from Hunter College, a PD in Administration and Supervision from Brooklyn College and an Ed.D. from Berkley. Took many courses from Fordham U., St John’s U. Columbia U., and The University of Salamanca, Spain, as well as courses in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Traveled/organized study groups to over 30 countries in Europe, North Africa, the Caribbean Islands, and Central and South America. He taught at Brooklyn College and Kingsborough Community College and has been a real estate agent since 1986 and a broker /owner since 1989. He closed over 1000 real estate transactions.

Holds Designations and Certifications from NAR: ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative ), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), MCNE( Negotiation Institute’s- Master Certified Negotiation Expert) NAR’s GREEN designation, GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), RENE (NAR’s Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Sellers Residential Specialist), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), ePro Certification, FSR ( Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource) and RSPS ( Resorts & Second Homes Property Specialist).

President of the Bay Ridge Real Estate Board a/k/a Brooklyn Real Estate Board, SPRC, Sunset Park Redevelopment Committee, Member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals}, Member of AREAA, Asian Real Estate Association. Aldo has been a part of many committees at the local, state, and national levels.

At the National/International levels, he was NAR’s President’s Liaison and Global Coordinator to Belize, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama and a Certified International Specialist Mentor for NAR. He is an approved instructor in New York and New Jersey and teaches several NAR Certifications and Designations courses.
