Aleksandar was born in Bulgaria - East Europe, but for the past 20 years Aleksandar has been living in Richmond VA, which he now considers his home. Aleksandar graduated Virginia Tech with a dual degree in Marketing and Management. Since then, he has been involved in three startup businesses, which continue to grow and to be successful. All of them are related to construction, real estate investments, and/or real estate sales.
The interconnectedness of these businesses has helped him integrate services and achieve a synergy that provides superior value for his clients and better opportunities for each business. Aleksandar also, owns and manages a few rental properties, across town (West End, Bon Air, Highland Park, Fan) and in Manassas VA. His business partner Georgi Georgiev (my dad) and him have made a number of successful property "flips" in the city of Richmond, and Henrico County. Aleksandar holds a class A contractor’s license, and he is very knowledgeable, in all aspects of the structure and value of all properties in the Richmond market. In the past years Aleksandar has connected many people to their new homes and investment properties. The regions in which he does the majority of my business are all parts of the West End, the Fan, the Museum District, Church Hill, Ginter Park, Highland Park and Bon Air, but I also work in Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, and Chesterfield.
Although, his job is his hobby, in his free time Aleksandar enjoys intelligent debates with his friends on topics such as economics, history and cultures. Aleksandar also loves travelling and observing different cultures and local architecture with his wife.
Aleksandar's experience as a contractor, real estate investor, and his degree in marketing play an important role in his success as a realtor. In his business, he puts great emphasis on ethics and customer service. Aleksandar is driven by the idea, that there is nothing impossible and thrives to prove that with any challenge that he faces.
