I have been working with Alex since 2011 and he has provided nothing short of a Five Star experience. He has incredible knowledge about the Phoenix market, always available to answer my questions, and has guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. He helped me with multiple properties to buy, rent and sell. His attention to detail is second to none. This came in especially handy because he was able to fix any issues with the property prior to the inspection which saved a lot of time. Another example of his knowledge of the market was his advice to upgrade the half bathroom to a full bath increased the value of the property and got it signed on first day in the market. Furthermore Alex oversaw all the contracting details including the reflooring, bathroom remodeling, painting, plumbing, yard work, staging, and everything else we needed to successfully rent and sell my properties on the market. On top of all of this, he is also a great guy. My wife and kids love talking to him and he is like another part of our family.

We found a rental property on Zillow in our search for rentals and reached out to Alex to see it. He responded right away. From the moment we saw the house we loved it and it was everything we had been looking for. Alex was available quickly to see it and also made the process super easy as we had to travel out of state the following day. By the end of our trip the rental was secured with a move-in date. We were able to meet with Alex and the Owner the night before to get the keys to move in on the start day of the lease. Everything has been a seamless easy transaction. After going through major real estate apps, we were under the impression that we would never find a right house; then started looking for apartments to buy through those apps. A friend suggested to try with Alex and we were initially reluctant
to call him and later finally decided to see the apartments we shortlisted from apps. Informed Alex about it and he agreed to take us to those apartments to see them and better than us, Alex realized that these are not what we actually want.

He asked about our need, expectations, constraints and then everything got resolved quickly. Within an hour Alex took us to right home being built, everything meeting our requirements and addressing our concerns. We were just amazed with Alex's knowledge and experience on the real estate. I have been fortunate to deal with multiple agents in different states. My experience was much different this time than what am used to. Alex started with a clear understanding of our requirements by showing multiple properties just to understand our likes and dislikes. It quite appears that he well researched every property shown to us explaining intricate detail the pros and cons. I seldom hear cons of a specific property from realtors.
