About Alex

Alex is a Greenville native, although born in Charlotte, NC, that attended Greenville County Schools and graduated from James L. Mann Academy in 2002. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina – Columbia in 2006 with focuses in Real Estate and Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management. Alex began his real estate career with Prudential C. Dan Joyner Co. in the Commercial Division in 2006. He spent time as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and in sales and operations in Corporate America before circling back to real estate. In 2012, Alex became the Broker-In-Charge of C. Dan Joyner Property Management Co., Inc. before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS with The Chet & Beth Smith Team as a Listing Specialist.
