Alex Gauss

Alex grew up in the South Bay and has lived in Manhattan Beach since 2002. After graduating UCI with a dual degree, she went on to get her law degree from USD School of Law, becoming one of the youngest attorneys to pass both the California and Massachusetts Bar Exams. After practicing probate, tax and real estate law for 8 years in California, Hawaii and Massachusetts, Alex transitioned into a career in real estate in 2006. Working with both commercial and residential clients, she has sold everything from 100-unit apartment buildings to automotive commercial properties, to luxury residential properties and everything in between. Alex has partnered with Jenn Ozar since 2014 when they formed the OZAR & GAUSS REAL ESTATE GROUP and together, they offer their clients a diverse expertise in a wide variety of disciplines.
