My roommate and I had the unconventional idea to buy a house together to get out of the expensive rental market. We had no idea how the process worked and were unsure if we would have enough money. Alex was a Godsend in this crazy housing market! He was constantly in contact with us through every house showing, providing us with walk-through videos of each potential home. My boyfriend and I recently sold and bought a house with Alex and it was an awesome experience! Our biggest hesitation with starting this whole process was finding the right realtor and with Alex (thanks to a wonderful friend rec) we did just that. Alex was so kind and responsive on top of just being really amazing at what he does. He got us almost $40,000 over asking on the house we sold and helped our offer on the house we bought beat out several others. In a housing market like today I can honestly say I don't know if we would have gotten our current home without Alex.
