If you are looking for a relator who is detail oriented, in it for their client, works through the process with diligence and understanding Alex is your Relator. I have worked with Alex know through not only the sell of a home, but purchasing as well. We decided to make an upgrade from our TownHome to a house like many during the Pandemic. We dragged Alex to many homes looking for that right one. We finally stumbled on a new construction. After putting an offer on one and it falling through we embarked on other homes by the builder. She was a great voice for us and working with the builder. She spent many late hours getting people on the phone we needed to work with to seal the deal on the house we fell in love with. She went the extra mile for us in many occasions during the process until we finally closed. I'm so happy we had Alex working with us through the process. Alex is a very professional & trustworthy realtor who patiently helped us through end to end process until the purchase of our dream home. She really looked out for us and shared her honest opinion. My husband really wanted to purchase a house with sketchy location that might impacted future growth potential, Alex shares her professional opinion and talked him out of putting an offer. Then she tirelessly supported us until we found the right property that fits our need. Alex created a strategic plan to sell our house and negotiate with other buyers.
Not only does she have a great sense in staging and remodeling she also keeps in mind our budget and strives to negotiate for a cheaper price when staging and remodeling.
She brings everything to the table, but allows the seller to make the final decision, and is always there to make that decision, the correct decision.
She does not only focus her attention on selling the property, she was also attentive in our personal life, continuing to keep in touch with us even after the end of the selling process.

My husband and I highly recommend Alex McCluskey. She is the reason we purchased our home in 2017 and now looking for a beach getaway. We didn't have a Realtor and upon meeting Alex we instantly felt she was the one who we wanted to work with and laughed that our last names were vey similar.
