Alex graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s in economics and Marketing. He has experience in business development, marketing, and advertising. Since the beginning of his career, Alex recognized that the key to success is building alliances with clients that will last a lifetime. He considers that one must understand current and future customer needs, meet customer requirements, and strive to exceed customer expectations. Alex has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry selling both residential and commercial properties. For our commercial division, he is a team leader specializing in helping real estate investors finding suitable land, warehouses, condo-offices, and multi-family investments with potential to improve returns and increase appreciation. For our Residential division, Alex specializes in luxury homes, vacation properties including condominiums, hotels and residential rental properties.
