Alex was born and raised in the South Bay, splitting her time between Palos Verdes and Manhattan Beach. The combination of the two gave her an insider’s perspective and instant knowledge of both words, as well as the areas in-between. She has always had the “real estate gene,” following in her family’s footsteps, and strives to search high and low in order to help her clients find their dream homes. Alex’s journey took her to USC, where she studied broadcast journalism and would travel the globe, storytelling, interviewing, and experiencing different ways of life with many different fascinating people. She created, and hosted two entertainment shows, a Disney-esque platform for teen and tween girls called “SweetBeatTV” and a motivational, healthy-life empowerment program called “I Can, I Will, I DO!.” She then began to work at her family’s real estate investment office, The Strand Partners. Here she would continue to adventure, acquire, decorate, stage, market, manage and eventually assist in selling multi-million-dollar primary and vacation homes both internationally and across the country. Her passion for people and the real estate industry brought her to Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills with The David Kramer Group and now, with a one-year-old toddler in tow, back to her roots in the Beach Cities at sister, Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate, brokerage Strand Hill | Christie’s. She knows that there is no place like home and cannot wait to help you find your next one.
