We met Alfredo in 2018 when we stopped at an open house in Central Valley. We weren't ready to buy just yet, but my husband and I were impressed with Alfredo's professionalism and knowledge. After the open house, he took the time to show us several other homes in the area. We kept his card and two years later in 2020 we contacted him when we were ready to look for our retirement home. Alfredo patiently worked with us for several months traveling from city to city. We found our retirement home in November of 2020! We closed in May 2021
when our new home was ready! Not only did we get a patient, considerate and knowledgeable realtor we made a friend for life!

Alfredo and his team did an amazing and quick job when I was looking to buy a property, he was recommended to me by a relative and it was such a great experience working with him while purchasing my dream home. I had so many questions and sure enough he had the right answer to make the transaction move forward as smooth as possible! Alfredo thank you for all your hard work! You made it happen with our house. I will be honest i was scared and super nervous but you made made things go very smooth and easy, I highly recommend that if anyone has any questions or wants to view homes to go with Alfredo! He will do the impossible to make it happen, we viewed alot of homes and thought he was going to get annoyed but it was the total opposite. I’m giving this review as a Broker/Realtor..In a recent transaction Alfredo represented the seller and I had the buyers..My clients had a loan that required a few items to be fixed on the home and Alfredo without hesitation took it upon himself to complete the repairs.. Never did he make me feel like needed items were all on my plate, he was a team player the whole time… which is rare! Also, I noticed his client was signing everything by hand, no digital signatures. Not once did we wait on needed documents from his client, Alfredo was able to continuously meet with his seller to get what was required… Throughout the transaction Alfredo had an open line of communication, he was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with.. I look forward to working with him again!

Alfredo sold our home in Turlock in April for my husband and I. Our home sold in 2 days thanks to Alfredo! Alfredo sold 2 homes for me within 3 months or so. The first house had an offer, above the asking price, on the day it was listed. The second house took longer, I believe in part due to COVID. He took so much time with each of the homes to review every detail, make great suggestions & because I was in Arkansas (my home now) he did so much leg work, way above & beyond the norm. Including paying a cleaning person from his personal account, and I reimbursed him.
Alfredo is freaking awesome!! He called/texted to keep me updated on everything going on. Made suggestions that were so very helpful!! I don’t believe the homes would have been updated and sold as quickly as they were had they been listed with another agent. I know these two homes that I had so many memories in were in great hands with Alfredo.
My experience with Alfredo was absolutely wonderful. And he’s such a nice guy!! I would make the home buying and/or selling adventure with Alfredo any time.
