Alfredo helped us purchase our very first home! His proactive communication is amazing and, from the very start, he made sure we understood the process and what to expect.

He provided great, professional tools like Homesnap to allow us to search for homes ourself as well which made the house hunting fun and collaborative.

Alfredo was very flexible with our schedule and always was available for us when we needed him. He did all the due diligence and we never felt rushed or late on any dates.

He was a great advocate for us. We got more from the sellers than we expected during the negotiation process and are extremely happy with our new home. Thanks Alfredo!

It’s not easy going thru 50 + years but he was patient and let us go at our own pace. I can’t say enough positive things about him. “We interviewed a few different realty companies and felt very comfortable with Alfredo and loved the flexibility that he offered. We listed our home on a Thursday and by Friday, we had our first great offer! The advertising and marketing of our home was top notch across the board. Our For Sale sign hadn’t even been hammered into the ground and we were already planning the inspection. I know it was the MLS listing that gave us the exposure that we needed and helped us find the perfect buyer. I’d recommend Alfredo to anyone looking to sell their home. Alfredo was so responsive to all of our questions replying to our voicemails and emails on weekends and nights. Also; while not the biggest home, Alfredo was able to sell our home for what was then and maybe still is a record high! A class act all around!

Alfred and his wife (Breonna: the lender) were so great to work with!! I had another lender and realtor that were not really helping or putting in the efforts to help me find a place. Got there names from a friend who they had help almost 2years prior. They told me they would find and get me into a place within a timely manner, an they did! I would recommend them to any of my friends and family who need a place. Of course anything worth while is slightly stressful. But they make/made is well worth it! Cant go wrong in my opinion. Thank you guys!!

Alfredo was very responsive and detail-oriented. I contacted him in early June and I was under contract less than two weeks later. He got me a great deal on a great property. I told him what I was looking for in a property and what areas I liked and he quickly found ideal properties and quickly arranged showings. We had such an amazing experience!!!! When other realtors told us we couldn’t get close to the house we wanted Alfrado helped make our dream happen!!!! Even when we were getting discouraged due to the tough market and competition he convinced us to dig in and keep at it. We worked with previous agents in the past and we were told to settle for a 2 bedroom condo and sell in a few years to get our home. Alfrado understood our goals and was not willing to allow us to settle for a condo. After looking at multiple houses we found a beautiful home and he was key in facilitating the deal and making our dream a reality!!!! We am so thankful for the help him Breonna provided!!!! If you are not working with him and Breonna as a team you are missing out. They are a force to be reckoned with you will not regret having Alfrado as a agent!!!!! Alfredo, such an amazing real estate agent out there. He was very very patient with us. He would always keep us in the loop of what was going on. Alfredo would be honest about the homes we would see and help us look at minor things. He would make sure that it was going to be a safe place for my family.
