Alicia Dose-Wild

Alicia founded Century 21 On Target, a boutique firm with a global brand, in 1999 with hopes of going above and beyond the expectations of both clients and agents. With over 20 years of experience, her industry knowledge and unparalleled work ethic truly set her apart from the competition. She is dedicated to motivating her agents and has created phenomenal training programs that equip newcomers with everything they need to be successful. As a broker, she works tirelessly for her clients and has a true passion for the industry.

At the young age of 16, Alicia journeyed to Kiel, Germany to work at the yachting competition of the '72 Olympics. Witnessing the ambition, passion and commitment these world class athletes brought to their sport showed Alicia that anything in life was possible. From that moment on, sailing has always been in her blood. She has been a sailing instructor in Toronto, raced in Olympic qualifying events in St. Petersburg, worked in a sail loft in New Zealand and even served as a U.S. representative for the America's cup in Perth. And when the '84 Olympics returned to L.A. Alicia was there, once again, proudly working as a liaison for the Finn class sailing competition. The spirit of success she witnessed throughout this period of her life is the basis for the philosophy that drives Century 21 On Target.
