Alicia Mendoza

I am a dedicated full-time REALTOR® with the experience and passion to help and guide my clients toward their desired results in residential real estate. I serve all of Orange County and some parts of Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. Almost 100% of my clients are through referrals, and I am fortunate to often receive repeat business from my clients. I have extensive experience helping both buyers and sellers with standard sales, short sales, and REO's, which I believe provides a more comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of our market today. I use a lot of technology proficiently within my business while still providing that "personal touch" that is so necessary to best serve the needs of my clients.

I graduated as valedictorian of my high school in the Los Angeles area. I have a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley (Haas Business School). I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) -- currently inactive -- and worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a financial auditor of real estate, manufacturing, and tech companies for several years. I worked in finance for large national corporations thereafter. I eventually developed my full-time real estate career from there and can truly say that I do my work joyfully.

I currently live in the Irvine area with my husband and two young children.
