Aliscia is the epitome of professionalism in the real estate market. From the moment we asked for her involvement, she immediately had prospective buyers scheduling appointments to view our home. She hired a photographer and “staged”our house to maximize its beauty and allure. She did all the “heavy lifting” as far as what needed to happen to make sure we got top dollar for our home… and we did! She ALWAYS answered our calls, was patient with what I am sure were redundant questions, and guided us from the anxious beginning to the celebratory end. Thank you, Aliscia. Truly the best in the business!!

At first I was skeptical of working with a realtor but Aliscia was awesome! We had our first meeting about my listing and from the very first introduction she was extremely friendly and very professional. She covered every detail of the process and explained it all very well. After the listing she continually kept me updated on every step of the process from viewings throughout the day to offers we received etc. Once we were under contract she continued with all the updates of every step and was very involved to make sure our appraisal came in at top dollar. I will definitely be contacting her again if I return to the area to purchase a home. Best realtor experience I could have hoped for! Highly recommend!

First time in 40 years I was moving out of state from Florida. Recently widowed, the logical thing to do was to move closer to my son (in Madison) and his family (grandchildren!). I knew nothing about this state, but Aliscia took me under her wing and introduced me to beautiful Central Mississippi. In less than a month, with breaks for me to fly home and pack, we had found the perfect house for me! Aliscia was intuitive as to my needs, responsive as to my crazy schedule, a great listener and professional dealing with all the different parties involved.
