Over 8 months ( we're picky and didnt want to settle!) Alison expertly selected and coordinated viewings of a wide range of homes/home prices and locations on the central coast- even with our crazy schedules( airline pilot, doctor)! Not every Realtor understood the ins and outs of our VA loan, but Alison did; this helped us negotiate from a much stronger position to get the home (with a perfect view! Thanks Alison!!) that we wanted closed on in a timely fashion. Alison's professionalism, warmth and thoughtfulness never ceased to amaze us during the whole process- she even bought us -and our dog- a housewarming present!
