Confident ~ Collaborative ~ Caring ~ Competitive ~ Creative. Alissa is one of the most polished professionals I have ever had the chance to work with and I work in one of the Big 4 Management Consulting firms globally. Her level of expertise is unmatched in the market.

From the initial conversation, to the market report, to the recommended strategy - we were impressed every step and felt comfortable as a family. Alissa helped answer every and all questions that we had and created a culture and environment of trust and safety.

Buying, selling and moving is documented as one of the top 5 most stressful life events and Alissa was able to make the situation easy and at times fun! Her ability to manage the process end to end was phenomenal - from the initial paperwork, the staging of the home, the photography and the negotiations, we never were in a position feeling uncomfortable or uninformed. She was always just a text or call away.

She is the best of the best and if you have an opportunity to work with her we would highly recommend!

Top notch experience. Alissa and her team were fantastic to work with. Our search initially started a year ago but we needed to put it on pause and Alissa was very patient and supportive and never pressured us. We were purchasing in MA but live in NY so it was difficult for us to view properties in person. Alissa would preview the property for us and send us video walk thrus for us to review. She provided great guidance when we were making our offer, and we were ultimately successful. After getting under contract she helped us with the appraisal and gaining access to the property a few times prior to close. Everything that we needed assistance with during the entire process, Alissa and team were there to help. They made it a very smooth experience.

Attentive and Amazing Team . I have had a short period of time working with Alissa Christie and her team but it was well organized and obviously worked. Alissa showed us multiple homes on day 1 of our search, but what brought her above the rest was her dedication to what WE wanted in a home. Alissa was our selling agent late 2020 and early 2021. From when we met till the end of the deal, she was professional and knowledgeable. She knew the current market conditions and was on top of all aspects of the deal. From when we said "lets sell it" to being listed it took 7 days, including staging, photos, virtual tour and the amazing exterior drone shots. You will not find a better agent then her.

Alissa was our realtor, local guide, and overall real estate therapist for the last 6 months. She was a total delight to work with. She knows the North Shore area SO WELL, and could tell us the pros and cons of every neighborhood we were looking at.
