In addition, for 10 years, he was in the automotive industry, an expert in consumer relations. He was also a sporting goods sales rep for companies like Body Glove and JanSport.

Born and raised in Snohomish, Washington, Allen knows first-hand why so many people have come from there to here, attracted to the Valley’s abundance of outdoor beauty and facilities for camping, golfing and hiking as well as its low crime rate and excellent schools.

Allen bought and sold his own homes here and he helps others to transition and settle in the area, many for their retirement. He understands the process well and specializes in residential new construction. Having been a finance manager in the highly competitive auto industry, dealing with banks day in and day out, he is also shrewd in all aspects of financing homes as well as autos.
