Allison Houser Forester

Allison is a motivated, resourceful and knowledgeable Realtor® whose constant goal is to be helpful and provide the best service for her clients. She is committed to building trusting and lasting relationships first and procuring the right offer or home second. She places her clients' needs above her own to make the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.

Allison was raised in Corpus Christi and graduated with her bachelor‘s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, College Station. After working in higher education fundraising and the oil & gas industries, Allison embraced her life-long passion for real estate and became licensed in 2012. She began her real estate career as a retail leasing agent for a commercial broker and made the switch to work solely in residential in 2014. She quickly became a top producer and after much success in the Houston market, Allison expanded her business into Austin. Impressed with the brokers’ sincerity and commitment to their agents’ success, she joined Compass in 2020. She enjoys representing buyers, sellers, renters and investors all over the Greater Austin area.

Allison resides in Northwest Hills with her husband David and their daughter Julia. In her free time, she enjoys home design and renovations, tennis, pilates and exploring Austin. Allison is also an active member of the Women’s Symphony League of Austin and the Hearing Loss Association of America.
