With 19 years of experience in new home sales, Amber Bell brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as Neighborhood Sales Manager at Greenwood Homes’ Brookhill community. She specializes in helping buyers find the perfect fit among single-family homes, villas, and townhomes, guiding them through every step of the process with care and professionalism.

Amber’s passion for building relationships and her deep knowledge of the homebuilding industry have helped her support over 450 families in creating their dream homes. Known for her attention to detail and customer-first approach, she is committed to delivering a seamless and personalized experience for every buyer. Amber has previously led sales in Galaxie Farm, Belvedere, Glenbrook, and Proffit Terrace, further showcasing her versatility and expertise across Greenwood Homes communities.

Amber began her career in new home sales in 2005 with Ivory Homes, the #1 homebuilder in Utah, before moving to Charlottesville in 2012. She joined Piedmont Realty & Construction and later worked for Stanley Martin Homes before becoming part of the Greenwood Homes team in 2022. A graduate of the University of Utah with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing (Magna Cum Laude), Amber’s foundation in business and customer service has driven her long-standing success in the industry.

When she’s not helping buyers find their perfect home, Amber is busy wrangling her 8-month-old son, Owen, babyproofing the house, and making homemade purees. She enjoys going for walks with her husband and their 5-pound pup, LaLa, and fully embraces the joys and chaos of new parenthood.
