Selling My First Home

Amelia Connor was such a great help with selling my home. I was very nervous at first but she put me at ease. She was so knowledgeable about the current market and was excited to share her expertise with me. From the very start she walked me through the process holding my hand 😊 reassuring me that my home would sell fast and for a great price. Amelia was always available to take my calls, and answer my many questions. My home had an offer within the first week, and sold over the asking price. If you want a Realtor who is knowledgeable, personable, and is about results then Amelia is the Realtor for you!

Look no further, A+ service! I have bought and sold many properties in multiple states and I hold realtors to a high standard. Amelia was a gem to work with. She somehow managed to pull off that magical balance between being professional and being personable. She was keenly aware of deadlines, very adept with the intricacies of real estate transactions, and extremely knowledgeable with market and the vastly different neighborhoods throughout the Hampton Rhodes greater area . All while being fun, witty, easy going, and all around joy to interact with. If she can help me (an extremely picky buyer) find my dream home, she can help anyone! If I could give her 6 stars out of 5 I would.

6 out of 5 Stars! Amelia Connors is the PERFECT realtor, in all categories. Amelia embodies what it means to be a true professional. Building my house from across the country would not have been possible without her. All of her hard work she has put in over the last several months is on display in the final product of our new beautiful home. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in all aspects. Being in the military I have moved almost ten times and worked with several realtors. I have NEVER had a realtor who goes above and beyond like Amelia. I will never recommend another real estate agent for the Norfolk/VA Beach area other than her! I cannot express my gratitude for Amelia enough. She has done an exceptional job from day one of meeting her. My entire family knows about how much Amelia has done for us regarding our home build - to the point where my mother asked if she could also write her a glowing review, as well! She is a phenomenal real estate agent and a wonderful person. It has truly been a pleasure to work with her every step of the way! We cannot thank her enough for all she has done as our agent!!

Hands down Amelia is one of the best in her field! From day one Amelia made sure we were taken care of and accommodated to all of our needs/wants. She went over and beyond to get our home sold and made sure we got top dollar for it. She saw what our home was missing and handmade a beautiful mantle to put over our bland fireplace. She sold our home in ONE DAY!! I have never known a realtor to go the extra mile to get their clients home sold by personally making something that would be a selling focal point. All of this was done out of the kindness of her heart. On top of that, she was able to find the perfect home for our growing family. It was a pure blessing to be able to find Amelia when we needed someone we could trust with selling our home and finding a new one for us.

Amy was amazing! She really went above and beyond in helping us find out new home. She spent time getting to know what we were looking for and was able to suggest new areas and homes that fit our needs and when we found the home, she did a really wonderful job negotiating with the sellers and working through some tricky issues on the inspection. She was also able to provide recommendations and help coordinate with some renovations to the home. We have worked with a lot of brokers in purchasing homes and she was by far the best -- would recommend her without reservation!
