Amir Ahobim

The Founder of Clear Cut Realty, Amir Ahobim, is a Residential & Investment specialist in Beverly Hills. Amir specializes in working with buyers and sellers in both residential and investment properties throughout Los Angeles. Amir is unique in the industry in that he can straddle the worlds of both residential and commercial, whether representing a first-time home buyer or seasoned investor selling an income property, he works diligently to find incredible properties for all his clients. Every deal is the result of a convergence of financial, psychological, and emotional factors, and Amir is adept at navigating the unique challenges of each transaction. Prior to the creation of Clear Cut Realty, Amir Ahobim had worked in a Residential Beverly Hills firm and prior worked in commercial real estate in Downtown Los Angeles. Having origins in the hospitality industry, and early in his career used these skills to launch and manage both Salon 90210, a collection of exclusive cosmetology suites, and Canon Club, an American seafood restaurant in Beverly Hills. Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Amir graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with honors with a BA in History. In his spare time, Amir enjoys reading, shopping at the local farmers’ market, and giving back to the community. He currently is working towards starting a non-profit organization called Esther’s Table as well as volunteers with the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Chai Lifeline and is a Member of the Board of Directors of 30 Years After.
