Amy is a GRI-certified professional REALTOR® with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing and project management, and a passion for modern, sustainable design.
Prior to joining Realty Austin, Amy directed sales and marketing for SOL Austin, a community of modern, 4-5 Star Austin Energy Green and net-zero capable homes in East Austin and Celadon New Town, a New Urban community of 100 residential and 50 commercial spaces in West Michigan.
Amy’s experience selling development projects inspired her to co-open Austin Modern Homes, a full-service design + build firm focused on architecturally significant, green built residences in trendsetting and up-and-coming areas of Austin. She specializes in helping clients with the entire process of finding land, designing/choosing a home plan and building a home.
Though her main focus in recent years has been on new construction, she has never stopped listing and selling existing homes. She especially enjoys and is most knowledgeable about Central Austin within these boundaries: North and East to 183, South to Slaughter Ln and West to 360.
Amy is recognized for "no surprise closes," meaning all aspects of the real estate selling/purchasing process are thoroughly completed prior to close. Her main strengths are relationship building, negotiations and a proactive vs. reactive approach to helping people buy or sell homes.
