Relocation is stressful- whether they are buying or selling from in town or out of town; it can be exponentially stressful for a move. Having Amy to facilitate her client’s sale, lease or purchase does matter. The client likes to think of the real estate business as a concierge service. She treats every transaction as if it is their own home sale, purchase, or lease. Amy has been a full-time realtor since 2002. She is a 23+ year military dependent and Amy understand the military move. It has been her drive to provide the same core values to military personnel and families that they would want- Integrity, accountability, honesty- and regardless of the client's price point, excellent service is Amy’s dedication. Amy is excited to bring her real estate experience to the Tampa Bay area: traditional sales, new home sales, short sale negotiations, foreclosures, probate sales, commercial leasing, residential leasing (tenant and landlord), investment homes, vacation rentals, corporate relocation, VA loans, conventional loans, FHA loans and cash transactions. Most of the client's full time real estate business for the past decade has been referrals. Passing house keys to a service member is her passion.
