Amy graduated from The University of Dayton with a B.S. in Marketing and purchased her first home (a distressed property) at 21 years old. With the help of family and friends she renovated the entire property and learned extensively along the way. She went on to travel the world and country while being a landlord of her own property. Real Estate has always been a passion for her as she studied real estate and real estate appraisal as a hobby for years. She has lived here locally for over 20 years but past residences include San Francisco, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Detroit.
