I am full-time Realtor® with RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals. I began my real estate career as a licensed agent in the summer of 2015 and just over two years I have been award the 100% Club with RE/MAX. The key component to a seamless successfully transaction is "TEAM WORK and COMMUNICATION!" Listening to my clients and alerting them of every pertinent portion of the transaction is critical in the real estate process. Working for RE/MAX Ultimate Professionals and their agents, I have obtained knowledge and am fortunate to be a part of an office that is family.
I believe in utilizing my TEAM and their successes to complete those transactions from start to finish. My TEAM is the group of lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, attorneys and other agents that are a key part in any real estate transaction. Having a good relationship with your team is critical to ensure we work diligently for our clients.
I learned the importance of networking in my previous position as the President of an Energy Efficiency Company focusing on residential and commercial properties. In my years within the electrical industry I was consistently involved in local codes and compliances. This prepared me that all transactions are different. Being able to problem solve as issues can arise is a key component. My commitment will always be to listen to the needs of my clients, provide exceptional services 24/7 and adapt to the always-evolving changes we encounter.
Born and raised in Joliet, mother of 4 amazing children, my other passion is Hockey. Being a "Hockey Mom" has taught me time management, balance and structure. These attributes have carried over to my daily routine. Raising my family here in Shorewood for 25 years, I have seen the growth within our community and have experienced the constant change in the atmosphere surrounding it.
