Being overseas with a time difference of 13 hrs was not easy but Amy was able to be there for us every step of the way! During this very stressful time. Amy was always available to answer any questions we had at any time of her day. She supervised everything that was going on with the home repairs. Her amazing husband also gave her a hand in helping our home looking nicer. When i say she’s committed from day one to the day of closing, I mean it! She’s an excellent negotiator and adviser. Amy has been a God send trying to sell our home, especially with us being out of state!! She made the process easy to understand and we trusted her every step of the way! We had horrible tenants in our home with an unreliable property management company. Our home was in no way in sellable condition! With Amy’s help and patience, we were finally able to get her recommended contractors out to fix up what we needed to sell it for the best price possible!
