Ana Guillen grew up immersed in real estate and hospitality through her family in Cartagena, Colombia. What started as a childhood curiosity developed into a lifelong motivation, and Ana now has a flourishing career in Miami with the Liz Hogan Group, Compass Florida’s #1 Team. With an international clientele and reach, she is able to connect with buyers and sellers of all backgrounds and guide them through the process with confidence and finesse.
Ana graduated from Babson College with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Economics. After working for several years in New York City at Douglas Elliman in Research for New Development followed by a successful sales career in Manhattan, Ana joined Compass. She went on to achieve her Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at IE Business School in Madrid, a top-ranking MBA program internationally. She now brings her elite education, professional expertise, and global exposure to the Liz Hogan Group, ranked #3 in Miami-Dade County, top 10 in Florida, and top 100 in the nation by the Wall Street Journal-Real Trends.
