We met Andrea when she held an open house across from where we were renting. We liked her and asked if she could help us find a place to buy, since we don't know the area very well.

What a fortunate stroke -it was like we struck gold. After taking us to one very nice home, she listened to what we were liked and didn't like about that, and immediately directed us to a specific neighborhood where she knew a house that was about to come on the market.

As soon as we drove into the neighborhood we were in love with it. Andrea helped us in our bidding for the house, of course - but she did much more than that. She introduced us to a mortgage broker who had us approved in 2 hours. She introduced us to an attorney, referred us to the home inspection company, she introduced us to an insurance agent, to a contractor, to a gardening service. The list goes on. Most importantly, she introduced us to a community. We feel fortunate to have met her and worked with her, and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
