He also specializes in international transactions (Certified International Property Specialist). Andreas has flipped homes in the Greater Los Angeles area and was involved in a “net zero” tract home development project. He has the knowledge and expertise to assist his clients getting their new home move-in ready or fixing up their investment to get top dollars on the market.


Whether his clients are looking for a home for the very first time or they're seasoned investors; Andreas works tirelessly to accommodate their needs and exceed their expectations. In fact, Andreas and his team proudly serve clients speaking English, German, and Spanish.

Andreas came from Germany to the US in 1999. He studied in San Diego and received his Doctor of Business Administration in 2003. Andreas worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including Sony BMG, Arvato Digital Services, Harman International, and Samsung where he held various Management positions. Andreas is also partner and co-owner of several startup companies here in California.
