He is a good listener and valued our asks and preferences for a home. He was also direct and honest in giving us feedback when necessary. In MN, this is rare! Andrew went above and beyond in helping me find my first home in Minneapolis. I was new to the area, and Andrew was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different neighborhoods and areas of the city. I bought during a tough, fast market with multiple offers, which made it even more important that I had an agent who thoroughly understood the market.

I always felt like Andrew was working for and negotiating my best interest. Even better, Andrew has a great sense of humor and was enjoyable and easy to work with throughout the process. Andrew took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for, which resulted in me finding the perfect home in a neighborhood I absolutely love.

Andrew was such a pleasure to work with. He sent daily updates with properties, has an amazing sense of the community within which we looked. He was available for showings as soon as properties came available, and submitted my offer within an hour of my decision. He remained invested in each step of the process and was so helpful in preparing for ongoing steps through the process as to not leave me overwhelmed or surprised.

As someone with little time I cannot express the gratitude I have for his knowledge and efficiency of work through the entirety of the process.

Could not recommend more highly- as a first time home buyer he truly was perfection- such an amazing overall experience.
