Great personality, really works on getting the best deal for you, he won’t sell you something unless he is sure is a good fit for you, and this is something I can prove 😂. I was in the process of buying a comercial property and Andy went above and beyond to make sure this was a good fit for my business, it wasn’t, so he actually told me this before I signed, this meant he didn’t made any money, but this is the kind of business he is running, Andy is not trying to sell you something you’ll regret later, he is really in the business of making long term relationships with his customers. Since that deal that didn’t went through, Andy has keep on trying to find me the right place, and his communication and advice has been clear, friendly and sincere. If you are looking to buy and want to make sure you are not being ripped off, call Andy he really got your back
